If you’re starting a business in Loma Linda, our Finance Department will help you secure your Business License and connect utilities.

• Business License applications are available online or in person at City Hall. 
• Contact the Business License Technician at (909) 799-2846 for assistance. 

Utility hook-ups and service questions can also be handled through the Finance team.

• New Restaurant Grant Program – The City of Loma Linda is proud to support new sit-down restaurants locating here by offering three grants of $10,000 each to assist with permitting and start-up costs. This incentive is part of our ongoing effort to attract restaurant investment and strengthen the local economy.
